{ Wedding Sneak Preview }

This weekend De La Rose designed the wedding flowers for my friends Brandon & Nicole's Southern California wedding. The color palette was a delicious champagne and chocolate brown. I love the way they turned out! Here's a little sneak preview of the bouquet and boutonniere. More pics to come...

:: Casa Romantica . Laguna Beach ::

Spent the morning whipping up something beautiful for a local client here in Laguna with lots of fresh roses, hydrangea, dahlias, cymbidium orchids, and alstromeria.

I'm sure it will look simply sensational against the backdrop of her gorgeous ocean front home. How could it not? Just look at that view! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

{ A Citrus Wedding - Part 1 }

There's just something about summer that makes me think of citrus colored flowers. Check out the amazing blooms from Lisa & Rodney's wedding at the Newport Beach Temple. I think they look absolutely fabulous! The lovely Rachel Thurston is to be thanked for the amazing photographs you are about to enjoy.

To view more photos from their afternoon at the temple, visit Rachel's blog HERE and prepare to be amazed.

{ A Citrus Wedding - Part II }

After Rodney & Lisa's temple wedding, friends and family joined the newlyweds for a ring ceremony and a backyard reception in San Clemente. Event Planner & Painter Shauna Lewis turned their gazebo into a whimsical wonderland. I think the floral arrangements provided the perfect punches of citrus against the cream palette. So much flavor and fun! Again, thank the amazingly talented Rachel Thurston for the photographs...

:: Say It With Flowers ::

tulips

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of putting together a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a guy to give to his girlfriend as he asked for her hand in marriage. He asked specifically for pink tulips because he said they were her favorite. Some guys are just so thoughtful. Congratulations on your engagement!
